Lamps Energy saving

Compact fluorescent lamps better known as energy-saving lamps have luminous efficacies ranging from 40 to 60 lumens/watt, thus reducing electricity consumption by at least 70 percent compared to incandescent lamps of equivalent luminous flux.

For example, a 20-watt compact fluorescent lamp provides the same amount of light as a 100-watt incandescent lamp, with 10 times longer life.

They are valued for their long life, about 10000 hours, and for their low power consumption.
