Customer Care & Data Entry Specialist
To support the Customer Care area we are selecting a Customer Care & Data Entry Specialist - ITS.
The resource will be responsible for managing customer requests, providing technical and commercial assistance. He/she will also be responsible for creating and updating the article sheets to be published on the site. In particular, he/she will be responsible for:
- Manage customer inquiries by answering calls, emails and chats and providing information about products and services in the plumbing and heating sector.
- Provide pre-sales support by assisting customers in the product selection and purchase phases, offering technical advice and suggestions.
- Provide after-sales service by handling complaints, returns and replacements, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage reviews and feedback by responding to customer reviews across multiple channels.
- Enter and update data into company systems, ensuring the accuracy of the information.
The person we are looking for has in-depth knowledge of the plumbing and heating sector.
The profile is completed by:
- Previous experience in customer care and/or data entry roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
The proposed remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's level of experience and skills.

The resource will be responsible for managing customer requests, both in Italian and French, providing assistance and resolving any issues.
In particular, he/she will be responsible for:
- Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information about products and services;
- Provide pre-sales support by assisting customers in the product selection and purchasing phases, offering advice and suggestions;
- Provide after-sales service by handling complaints, returns and replacements, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner;
- Manage reviews and feedback by responding to customers across channels, using feedback to improve services offered.
The person we are looking for has gained good experience in customer care roles, has a fluent level of French (C1/C2) and a good knowledge of English (B2).

Front-End Developer Devoloper
To set up a development area we select a Front-end developer.
We are looking for a Front-End Developer who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the front-end of our website, ensuring a smooth user experience.
In particular, the resource will be responsible for:
- Develop the front-end by creating and updating web pages using GO, PERL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Optimize performance by ensuring your website is responsive and up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Ensure intuitive navigation and smooth user interface (UI) Testing and debugging (identify and resolve any technical issues with the site)
- Create a backend integration by working with backend developers to implement the required functionality.
The person we are looking for has solid knowledge of Go, Perl, HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming languages.
The profile is completed by:
- Previous experience in front-end development and user interface creation
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to work with code versioning tools (e.g. Git)
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js) will be considered a plus.
