Payment Methods
Choose the most convenient method for you. No additional fees on any method.
PayPal
Paying with PayPal is one of the fastest, safest and free systems. All banking data managed by PayPal and securely transmitted via automatic encryption.
Credit Card
For payments via Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa circuits.
Once this payment method is selected, you will need to enter your credit card details directly on the cart page. After completing the payment process, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.
Credit Card Multisafepay
For Credit Card payments we use the Multisafepay system. Cards accepted by Multisafepay include iDEAL, Giropay, Mister Cash, SOFORT banking circuits.
Once selected, you will be directed to Multisafepay's secure server and Punto Luce will never be able to see the information entered. After payment, you will be redirected back to the Online Store. If the transaction fails, you will receive an email from Multisafepay to retry the payment. Punto Luce cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or unauthorised use of credit cards by third parties.
Advance Bank Transfer
This is the safest payment method for both supplier and customer. Bank details will also be displayed at the end of the order.
Bank Transfer for Renovation
This payment is mandatory in order to benefit from tax incentives. Bank details will also be displayed at the end of the order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery means payment is collected directly by the courier upon delivery. Please note that the courier does not give change, so we recommend preparing the exact cash amount. A maximum of €500 applies and a surcharge of 1% of the amount spent (minimum €5) is charged by the courier for cash handling and bank transfer to the seller.
Punto Luce reserves the right, where deemed appropriate, to ship goods only upon advance payment.
Payment Fees
