IRPEF 50% Tax Benefits

You can request a 50% tax deduction for the purchase of products related to a building renovation: for example, electrical systems, video intercoms, alarms.

When placing the order, select bank transfer for 50% renovation.

Subsequently, you must pay with a Bank Transfer arranged according to current regulations (informative bank transfer) as indicated in the Tax Agency guide.

The Bank Transfer must contain the following information:

  • REASON FOR PAYMENT (indicate Order no. and Date)
  • VAT NUMBER of Punto Luce di Web-E SRL 04108481203
  • TAX CODE of the person making the transfer

  • Complete the order on our website, selecting "Bank transfer for renovation" as the payment method.
  • Send the necessary documentation to our email, including:
    • A copy of your ID document
    • The valid CILA/SCIA
    • The completed declaration (you can download it below)
  • DOWNLOAD THE DECLARATION VIEW THE GUIDE
  • Wait for our email: we will communicate the total amount to be paid, with reduced VAT at 10%
  • Make the bank transfer following the instructions received

4% VAT Recovery

For construction of first non-luxury home.

  • Complete the order on our website, selecting "Bank transfer for renovation" as the payment method.
  • Send the necessary documentation to our email, including:
    • A copy of your ID document
    • The valid CILA/SCIA
    • The completed declaration (you can download it below)
  • DOWNLOAD THE DECLARATION VIEW THE GUIDE
  • Wait for our email: we will communicate the total amount to be paid, with reduced VAT at 4%
  • Make the bank transfer following the instructions received
