"PIETRA" SERIES - cordierite

Taking up the forms of the more classic EUROPA series, the PIETRA series offers classic electrical inserts (switches, sockets, diverters, pushbuttons, junction boxes) in Lecce stone (cordierite) for the creation of "exposed" installations. A new use of an ancient material that, even to the simple touch, reinforces man's connection to nature. Being a stony material it also presents great ease in being painted and colored.

Cordierite is the traditional Lecce stone, as clear and bright as the sun on the Mediterranean, which in fact was anciently called "sun stone." Its mottling makes each piece unique and unrepeatable, just like true handcrafted creations, and it is rich in charm; its surface is wavy, pure, textural.

The items are made according to the most traditional manufacturing techniques. Any irregularities are therefore to be considered as a value of uniqueness of the product.
