What is an Access Point?

Access Points are businesses in agreement with the express courier company, where you can request the pickup of a shipment at these businesses (in case the sender is not available at home for pickup) or request the delivery of the shipment at these businesses (in case the recipient is not available at home for delivery) so that you can avoid waiting at home all day for the courier company to pass by to deliver packages to your home.  

How to request shipment delivery at a Collection Point:

In case you need to request shipment delivery at a Collection Point, you will need to contact by phone the business selected from the map that will open by clicking the button below and request if possible delivery at their business (communicating the weight and size of the parcel) so that you can pick up the shipment in person, at the time that suits you best, at this Access Point, avoiding waiting for the courier to deliver to your home.

If delivery to a Collection Point is possible, you will need to enter your name as the recipient and the address of the business you have identified as the delivery address. WE REMIND YOU THAT THERE ARE NO CASH-ON-DELIVERY SHIPMENTS.

Delivery and Pickup Limits at a Collection Point:

To deliver or pick up a package at a Collection Point, the sender or recipient of the shipment must contact the identified point in advance and ask if pickup or delivery can be made at their Access Point.

Parcels to be delivered at a Collection Point must not exceed 20 kilograms in weight, and the longest side must not exceed 80 cm, for both pickup and delivery.
