Description
PEX-b/AL/PEX-b metal multilayer pipe, the color of the external layer is white, the internal layer of PEX-b (cross-linked polyethylene), intermediate layer of aluminum welded longitudinally (butt-butt) with laser/TIG technology , outer layer of PEX-b (cross-linked polyethylene).
The intermediate layers of glue homogeneously join the aluminum layer to the PEX layers. The presence of the aluminum layer guarantees a safe barrier against oxygen and other gases, as well as giving the product excellent resistance to crushing. .
Application classes 1, 2, 4, 5 (suitable for sanitary, heating and cooling systems), the minimum operating temperature is -60 °C (in any case above the freezing temperature of the transported fluid), the maximum temperature operating pressure is 95÷100 °C, the maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, while the thermal conductivity is 0.42÷0.52 W/m K.
