Description
The Acti9 STI isolating fuse holder is a low voltage fuse switch that is used for tertiary and industrial applications requiring high breaking capacity.
It has a 2P pole, 32A rated current and gG or aM fuse curve with a fuse cartridge type of 10.3mm x 38mm.
Can be mounted on DIN rail for modular installation. The general purpose fuse (gG fuse) provides overload and short circuit protection. The aM fuse for motor application provides short circuit protection (protection of loads with high peak current).
It has an IP20 rating on the terminals, rising to IP40 once inside a modular enclosure, plus a clip-on marker is visible on the front or downstream terminal to identify the presence of the fuse.
An optional 230V neon light indicates if the fuse blows (light off under normal operating conditions and red on after the fuse blows) and the device is fitted with a captive fuse holder and additional housing for a spare fuse, the lever can also be padlocked.
