The LED Strip Dimmer is equipped with an operating memory and a status memory, the latter capable of maintaining the selected brightness value even in the event of a power failure or return of the 230V mains supply voltage.

In the Dimmer control, the type of brightness control of the connected single-colour LED STRIPS can be programmed as up and down with the search for the maximum and minimum brightness value, or cyclic up and down in a ramp adjustable from 0 to 20 seconds, for example for Christmas decorations or for decorative purposes.

It is equipped with a double DSW Dip Switch which allows it to be programmed in one of the 6 control options mentioned above both in the MASTER version for single use and in synchronized MULTI MASTER and in the MASTER + SLAVE version which is thus able to infinitely expand its synchronized control potential for the regulation of single-color LED STRIPS.

In the Master Slave system, the synchronization of the various Dimmer Slaves with the command imposed by the Dimmer Master is obtained by connecting the various units with two wires: a negative potential wire and a SYN synchronization wire extendable up to a maximum distance of 200 meters, a first trimmer allows you to set the minimum anti-flicker brightness of the LEDs from 0 to 20% of the maximum value on the Master programmed dimmer, while a second Trimmer allows you to adjust the on and off ramp from 0 to 20 seconds of the connected LED STRIPS on the Master programmed dimmer; These two trimmers act only on the Master programmed dimmer and not on the Dimmer Slave programmed ones which will synchronize with the settings of the Master DIMMER for a homogeneous response both in the commands and in the brightness levels of all the LED STRIPS connected in this way.

This STRIP LED Dimmer is protected from polarity inversion on the Power IN power supply, on the OUT connection of the STRIP LED load, on the lack of load on the OUT output (OCP), on connection errors of the SYN synchronization wire and on polarity inversion of the control signals. It is also protected from overvoltage above 48V and under input voltage below 12V which causes it to switch off until the normal power supply values are restored. It is also protected on the OUT output from overload (OLP) and from temporary and persistent self-resetting Short Circuit (SCP) with a non-visible reset attempt every 2 seconds, after which, in conditions of returned to normal, the connected STRIP LEDs switch back on, maintaining in Memory the brightness status prior to the event which caused the protections to intervene.

The SYN Digital Synchronization Signal has been designed to operate on connections up to long distances to ensure a wide expansion of the Master Slave System while maintaining perfect Synchronism of the Dimmer Slave elements connected to the Dimmer Master with a system of self-regeneration of its potential and detection with self-correction of data transmission errors.
