IR sensor with ON/OFF function for single-color LED strips.

Once the presence of a hot body within the detection field has been detected, it turns on the LED strip and keeps it on for a programmable time interval (standard 40 seconds). The continuity of the presence of the body within the detection field keeps the sensor active and consequently the LED strip switching on.

The small size allows it to be inserted on the metal profile of the LED strip and the IR sensor must be visible through drilling on the polybicarbonate cover.

The TER4042IR also features a button to program its functions. To change the program simply press the button briefly and wait for the blue LED light signal, the number of flashes indicates the program number. By holding down the button you can set the minimum brightness and this will be indicated by the flashing of the white LED. Once you have entered the programming of the white LED, to return to the programming of the blue LED you must remove and restore power to the sensor
