Description
Centrifugal extractor ideal for installation under the hood in small domestic kitchens, its structure includes a metal casing, frame and motor holder, while the auger, impeller and shut-off valves are made of heat-resistant, self-extinguishing and anti-drip material.
The high-efficiency electronically commutated (EC) motor, combined with a centrifugal impeller, offers a wide range of adjustments and a significant reduction in energy consumption with the same performance delivered.
The device is equipped with an automatic butterfly valve to prevent air from flowing back in when the appliance is switched off and a saturated filter warning device.
Speed can be controlled by an optional potentiometer or 3-speed regulator.
