Description
The Ajax FireProtect Sounder/VAD Jeweller is a wireless fire siren intended for EN54-certified Ajax security systems, combining an audible alarm and high-intensity visual signaling (VAD).
The device emits an audible signal of up to approximately 100 dB and a synchronized LED flash, allowing for clear notification of an emergency situation even in noisy areas or for the benefit of people with hearing impairments.
The device communicates with the control panel via encrypted two-way Jeweller radio protocol, with a range of up to approximately 1700 m in open field, and integrates seamlessly with other components of the Ajax fire system.
Installation is simple on a wall or ceiling using a SmartBracket bracket without the use of wiring, and power is provided by pre-installed batteries with an autonomy of up to approximately 5 years, reducing the need for maintenance.
This siren is ideal for commercial, industrial or public environments where reliable visual and audible signalling is required in compliance with European fire regulations.
