Description
Silicone sealant is the ideal solution for applications requiring high thermal resistance, such as sealing fireplaces, boilers, industrial ovens, ventilation grilles and other components subject to significant temperature changes.
Formulated on a single-component acetic base, this silicone develops excellent adhesion on various materials with a resistance up to +260 °C in continuous operation, and peaks of +315 °C in the short term.
The paste is easy to extrude and work with, with a skin formation time of about 15 minutes and good elasticity (elastic recovery ≥70%). Polymerization occurs with air humidity, transforming the product into a hard, flexible rubber resistant to chemicals, UV rays, and aging.
CE certified according to EN 15651-1 F EXT-INT CC and EN 15651-2 G CC standards, also for cold environments.
It is not suitable for direct contact with food or for applications on natural stone, wood or bituminous surfaces.
