Description
The MOD‑WL16 model (code 910413) by Fracarro is an interface designed to integrate wireless devices (sensors, remote controls, sirens) into wired systems based on the Defender control panel.
It allows you to connect up to 16 detectors, 16 remote controls and 4 sirens of the Fracarro wireless system via the control unit bus.
Programming takes place directly via the Defender control unit menu with T8N keypad or via the Security Programmer software.
The interface can be mounted inside the control panel or in a MOD-BOX container and supports different configuration modes for the sensors, such as NC or pulse, and manages single signals.
It has a radio range of up to 300 m in free space, supervises the radio connection (except for remote controls) and signals an alarm in case of signal masking.
It can also be connected to a buffer battery to ensure the operation of the wireless siren in the event of a BUS connection interruption.
