Description
Safety and alarm cable designed for use in alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, smoke and fire detection, and monitoring in the civil, tertiary and industrial sectors.
The structure includes 2 more robust conductors (0.75 mm²) for power lines or signals with higher capacity and 2 smaller conductors (0.22 mm²) for control signals, all in copper with flame-retardant PVC insulation.
The external sheath in white flame-retardant PVC improves mechanical resistance and behaviour in case of fire, with classification Cca-s3,d1,a3 according to the CPR regulation (EN 50575).
The cable is intended for fixed installation and can coexist with power cables up to 450/750 V or 0.6/1 kV without interference, but is not suitable as a power cable.
