Description
The pressure reducer is the ideal, robust and reliable solution for protecting the system from excessive pressure produced by the water mains and therefore reducing the water pressure.
The pressure reducer maintains a constant outlet water pressure, regardless of variations in inlet pressure or the amount of water used. The heart of the system is a membrane that senses the outlet water pressure. This pressure counteracts the force of a spring, the tension of which is adjusted by the knob that sets the desired pressure value.
The use of a pressure-reducing valve prevents damage caused by high pressure, reducing unnecessary consumption. The outlet pressure is therefore kept constant even after variations in the inlet pressure.
