Description
Brass straight male-male flare joints for refrigeration and air conditioning systems comply with DIN 8912, SAE J513, US Military Standard MS‐35867 to MS35873 inclusive, MS‐35919, MS‐24815 and MS‐16993.

• Manufactured from forged brass (conforming to EN 12420 and EN 12165 standards) or drawn brass bar (conforming to EN 12164 standard) eliminating the possibility of leaks due to porosity in the material
• Precision machined and protected during all stages of shipping, handling and storage to prevent fitting leaks
• Low roughness internal machining to ensure lower pressure drop and greater coolant flow in the joints
• sealing surfaces with very low roughness and very tight tolerances to eliminate the risk of leaks
• Risk class as per Art. 4 Par. 3 of the PED Directive 2014/68/EU
• Suitable for HCFC, HFC and R744 (CO2) refrigerants
• Not suitable for ammonia
