Description
The Gewiss GWD0996 is a ReStart RM module designed for the automatic resetting of residual current circuit breakers (MDCs) in modular electrical panels on DIN rail.
In the event of an accidental tripping of the circuit breaker, the device checks the system status and attempts to automatically restore power in complete safety, helping to maintain continuity of service without the need for manual intervention.
Compatible with 1P+N or 2P type differential switches with a differential sensitivity of 30 mA, it is ideal for domestic and commercial installations where reliable and practical control of post-fault restarts is required.
The device can be paired with:
- auxiliary contact GWD0951
- GWD0953 Wi-Fi interface module
- ModBUS RS485 interface module GW90992
